Your business model change like I said it's your prerogative however it's not customer friendly to those that can't afford 20 oz of silver and the hobbyist. I studied customers and your side don't be upset because yours and theirs are Justified to be fair and balanced. I walked in, asking to look at some gold coins with 10 grand in my pocket planning to buy 2 ounces. He had a attitude and act annoyed that I even asked, and as he went back to look at his coins, he was shaking his head so I told him he can keep his gold and walked out. There’s other people hungry for business. I recommend not going here.
