We love working with the Ambiance team. They helped us select shades for our foyer, dining room, and hallway that captured the aesthetic vibe of our house and provided the function we needed. The shades are more beautiful than we even expected. This family team is a pleasure to work with. They are upbeat and detail oriented. I recently had a Vignette shade that needed repair. I decided to try the repair myself: big mistake. Luckily for me I ran into Laura and Dan at my place of employment and learned of their gallery. Having worked with Laura before, I knew my shade would be in good hands. After first sending photos of the damaged shade, I dropped it off at the gallery. Ambiance did a window treatment and window seat for a large bay window at the front of our home. The attention to detail by Diane, our consultant, was beyond what I expected. She made several visits to our home to insure accurate dimensions. This was especially challenging given the curve of our bay window. The finished product looks amazing and it fits perfectly. The curve of the window seat and bolsters is perfect. Would highly recommend Ambiance to anyone needed custom work on window treatments and more.

I couldn't be happier with this company. I only needed a relatively small repair of a window treatment that I inherited and they treated me so well, that I was almost amazed. Andrea seemed to genuinely care that they arranged the service promptly and Dan fixed the issue as courteously and professionally as possible. What a nice company! When I need window treatments, I will definitely go to them.
