I used them today, May 31, 2019. Their customer service is unparalleled. I brought in my broken blind, and they evaluated it. They had the part in stock (for a 21 year old blind)! They fixed it right away. While there, they answered all of my questions about new blinds, their features and benefits. I will definitely use them when we redo our blinds.
Ambience provides impeccable personalized service. This was our second project with ambience and I wouldn't think of using another professional for the next one.
Everything about this company and every staff person is top notch, professional, caring, kind and their knowledge is superior along with their sense of humor. They take time to get to know you and what you are looking for and will help guide you towards making your decision. Thank you for your comments Sandy. I admit I was a little nervous that you wanted to "surprise" your mom with the gift of window treatments. After working with your mom on the rest of her house and learning how particular she is, i was worried that she would not be happy with our choices. I was THRILLED when you shared how happy she is and is glad that her problems have been solved. Sliders can be tricky and the finished product looks great.
The service was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was great. The window treatment arrived in a very short time and was installed within a few days. Couldn't be happier.
