It's a great place to spend time. Especially if Hank is making the coffee! His coffee has a beautifully layered flavor profile. It's rich and full-bodied, and it never feels like just another cup of coffee. Instead, it makes me want to slow down, savor every sip, and look forward to the next one.
I am not sure why people are writing reviews for Amberson Garden Apartment here. This is not an apartment, this is condo and the name is Amberson Tower. The HOA is getting normal after Meyer's management and the previsous useless president is removed. Hopefully, they stop hiking up the HOA fees every year and act responsibly with home owners funds.
This is a badly run condo, with HOA increasing the HOA fees every year. People with larger homes are finding it difficult to sell their condos. The board members and property managers are LAZY and unethical, even for a large project that costs millions, they get only one bid. The guideline for even small projects is to get a minimum of three bids.
