I've been a resident here for 2 years, but my loyalty means nothing to this management. One day, I temporarily parked in a visitor spot because I am about to move out the same day and I have to put my stuff from home to the car from time to time. Without ANY prior warning or courtesy notice, they towed my car in the same morning. They demanded $250 to release it – an outrageous fee for a minor, one-time issue. This place doesn’t even allow any kind of sublet, and also they raise rent drastically year by year.
Nothing but cheap Managements getting into your apartment randomly and very mean Garbage disposal 100m away
Room is not cleaned properly. The bathroom was especially disgusting. I kept finding hairs months after I moved in. The smell on my floor was atrocious, yet nothing was done to fix it. Not worth the high rent.
