I read reviews before making my appointment. It appeared that they were a great salon. I came home and in my normal lighting, I had silver/white highlights, almost a lavender hue. They were also an inch or so from the root and blocky looking. I was disappointed to say the least. Sent my stylist a message & received no reply. (Still to this day; no reply) Wrote the owner and she had me come back the next morning. However, the owner never spoke to me when I arrived. Best salon in DFW!!! Brooke is not only amazing with cuts and color, but also is an expert with extensions!!
I highly recommend Amber Michelle Salon! All the stylists are very talented and do a great job. Brooke is my stylist and she is awesome! She specializes in balayage and always does a great job. Five stars!

I go to Brooke and she is just fabulous and has such great vision when it comes to designing hair styles and complimenting your features. Best salon I've been to, hands down! It's the best salon around. Feels like home when you walk in the door and are greeted by the team of friendly young ladies. Each of them has a special talent for hair care! I can't wait to try the braid-look soon and test out a few up dos for a wedding later this year! I could go weekly... oh yeah I think I already do! If you haven't tried it, what are you waiting for? See you guys next Friday!!

Best place to get a cut and color done!! Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable. I had my hair colored for the first time ever in December and couldn't have been happier with the results. Mariah did an amazing job. I went back to get a shorter hair style and toner done just last week and Jessica did a great job!! I will definitely come back.
