Filled out an application, paid application fees and no one ever got back with us. Every time I called they said they were working out our "deposit amount". After a month of nothing, I just cancelled our applications.
Worst place I've ever lived, with a leasing contract that is laughable. Along with the leasing office staff. I liked this place enough to renew my lease after one year and then somehow the office team, along with their standards of "service", went to shit. There are sooo many places to live in Orlando. Do not rent with these jagaloons!!
UCF grad/professional. I just moved here about a week ago and thus far it's a pretty nice place. Complex is in a central location to a lot of places. Very nice pool area which is Lake front. My apartment is recently remodeled which is also nice. Leasing office staff has been great. Matt is very helpful, Laura is very helpful (and beautiful) and the Manager is also very helpful.
