RecommendedAmber lakes is a great apartment home. Me and my mom just moved here a few months ago and it is a really great place/environment with all kinds of residential events. Even though the price is a little high it’s worth it with all the amenities that come with it (a lake, 2 pools, a dog park, tennis court and a park). So I would highly recommend Amber lakes as a home for you.
Amber Lakes could improve by hiring individuals who don't misinform residents with information that will result in residents being charged hundred dollar late fees so that they can make more money. 0/10 Wouldn't rent here ever again.
RecommendedThe apartments are beautiful and spacious. They looked exactly how the pictures on apartments.com showed. The leasing staff have been super friendly and helpful with everything we need and maintenance is always very quick to respond to our requests. For a first time apartment leader, it has been a wonderful experience!
RecommendedToday God sent me an angel and her name is Mallory at Amber Lakes apts. She went over and beyond to get my granddaughter moved into an apartment today after being traumatized at the Goldhelm apts at Baldwin Park on 21st Century blvd. Mallory was so kind and understanding. She was able to calm my granddaughter at a time when she needed it most. There is no family in town. She has orientation at UCF tomorrow. I absolutely love our apartment, the lakeside view sold me. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Overall, things are very modern, fresh, and clean.
My boyfriend and I have highly enjoyed residing at Amber Lakes apartments! We take full advantage of their great amenities like two nice pools, beautiful/well-kept little beach, and free kayak rentals for residents. We especially love taking our pup for walks down to the lake dock and to their little dog park! The staff is super friendly and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
