I wish I could have better things to say about my sellers agent experience with Amber. I felt throughout the process Amber was not my advocate and demonstrated a lack of attention and laziness. I wanted to highlight two evidentiary points. When preparing to put my house on the market, I wanted to do everything I could to help enhance the listing. Just bought a house for which she was the selling agent, and let me tell you, what a nightmare! She did not respond to our agent timely fashion. Also, she and her clients didn't disclose +$100k lien on the house, and this created a stressful and horrible experience during closing. I do not recommend this agent.
