For 2 weeks I've been trying to get someone in the office to call me back. I'm trying to report a mold problem in one of your units. Where your tenant is smoking in the unit. And he's subleasing to people. Taking deposits and misappropriating the money and spending it on something personal. I've tried calling to find out what your policy is on subleasing. We stayed here for a year and would have stayed longer if they had a two bedroom with W/D but they didn’t at the time unfortunately. We had no complaints with our apartment or management. Maintenance man was really nice and came to fix anything we asked in a good time frame. Only thing is the homeless that walks around one keyed the whole side of my car so just be careful other than that the place was pretty quiet I think everyone kind of minds their business and management was friendly!

It was all right living here until the new office lady showed up and started adding a bunch of nonsense fees to the rent each month along with never answering the phone. My rent has doubled in the last 4 years save yourself a headache and stay away from this place.
