Unprofessional Management and Lack of Accountability I would strongly advise anyone considering renting here to be cautious, especially when it comes to management's communication and handling of security deposits. Our tenancy ended on May 30th, and despite moving out beforehand, our security deposit was not returned within the required timeframe. For 2 weeks I've been trying to get someone in the office to call me back. I'm trying to report a mold problem in one of your units. Where your tenant is smoking in the unit. And he's subleasing to people. Taking deposits and misappropriating the money and spending it on something personal. I've tried calling to find out what your policy is on subleasing.
