It was all right living here until the new office lady showed up and started adding a bunch of nonsense fees to the rent each month along with never answering the phone. My rent has doubled in the last 4 years save yourself a headache and stay away from this place.
Very friendly & caring management; very refreshing since I recently just moved to WA. Apartments are spacious & reasonable for the pricing. Perfect for a small family!
Too loud . There are a lot of drug addicts around. For a worker, this is the worst place to sleep peacefully at night
