I do not recommend this apartment. They did mandatory showing to visitors very frequently. What I mean by that is at the time you are supposed to do online quizzes, interviews, and studying, they will come and interrupt your plans. What I mean by very frequently, I mean almost every other week. The showing people do not understand what leaves the door as it is means. Living here was an extremely terrible experience, especially the way they blatantly stole the security deposit. After moving out, I only got back about one-third of what I paid. The biggest reason they deducted was the carpet replacement, saying the carpet had bleach stains and so much damage it couldn’t be maintained. When I asked for evidence, they gave me nothing—just saying “our staff recorded it.” Meanwhile, I actually hired a cleaning service before moving out. So who’s right and who’s wrong here?
