The soundproofing is extremely poor, you can clearly hear people knocking and drilling things, and throwing glass in the huge trash can outside, which absolutely affects your sleep quality.

1. When I lived in one of their apartments, during Covid no less, I would get a notice at least once a week, that they were showing the apartment, and they would never show up. They started doing this in the fall, a month after I moved in, and they didn't start actually showing the place until June or July. This was annoying and disruptive because I was always expecting them and tidying up the place, while doing school remotely. I have nothing but nice things to say about this building. It has a great proximity to UW Madison landmarks, a friendly and helpful landlord company behind it, and a very clean facility. Also, their vending machine has RC Cola.
