RecommendedGreat place to live. It is nice, peaceful and quiet community. There is a Pennypack Park and creek across the street from the apartment complex. Very convenient location for public transportation and shopping centers. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. Apartments look very luxurious inside and outside. I just moved in this apartment and I am already in love . Everything is so Clean and cozy. Stuff is very good, specially Rachel is very helpful and friendly. I recommend this place for everyone. Apt F4
RecommendedJust rented an apartment from park place one , they installed new carpeting, painted ,and cleaning was excellent even did windows . There are some mirrored closets and a wall which gives it a more spacious and elegant feel ! Looking forward to moving in .
If it was not for the fact we had to move to Bucks County, we would have stayed. This place is conveniently located, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet close to Center City, stores and restaurants. Well kept and cared for, whenever we needed something fixed it was done in a timely manner. Very friendly staff, I still come to say hello to Rachel. Keep up the good work.
RecommendedMy mother lived here for the last 10 years of her life. She was safe , secure, and happy. Maintenance was fast and thorough. Grounds are impeccable. The complex is well cared for and attracts quality tenants. She loved the large closets and all the amenities. These were her best years.

RecommendedOf all the apartments I've moved to over the years, this is one of the best. It's next to Pennypack Park, a stream runs through the property with a cute footbridge, it's a quiet neighbors apart from occasional traffic at Old Bustleton & Winchester, and the apartment has a spacious balcony. The kitchen is bigger than I would have expected, the appliances are all in good order, and for my 2 bed/2 bath, the rent is comparable for the area.
