RecommendedVery spacious apartments and a lot of closet space!! We also love our neighbors and it's also very convenient to shopping!! Me and hubby also wanted to stay in the area, which is very quiet as well!!
RecommendedLove love love it! The place was spotless! Rachael was super professional and accommodated all of our needs. The apartment had freshly shampooed carpets as well as fresh paint. The balcony is to die for! Very spacious and clean. I’m very pleased with moving here and extremely impressed with Rachael, she worked on Christmas Eve to make sure we got our keys and to make sure we were all set to move in! -Jessica

RecommendedWe've been living at the apartment D5 Park Place One for two years. We don't regret moving here. It is a convenient location for transportation and shopping, a beautiful place near a large park. Cosines and silence are combined with an active life and entertainment here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Any problems that arise are resolved immediately.

RecommendedPark Place One is one of the best apartments in the Northeast area I have come across. Everything looks brand new and each apartment has a washer and dryer. I didn't have to worry about anything because I was being taken care of and I was in a safe enviorment. RecommendedMore than five years ago, we moved from Hong Kong to Philadelphia and we were looking for an apartment that is close to Northeast High School. We went to many places and most of them were so old, dirty and smelly. We were so frustrated until we came to Park Place one. It was like heaven to us. It’s beautiful inside and outside.
