I’ve lived here for a year now and am still currently staying. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience. Considering the price and location, it’s quite affordable, yet you still get the chance to live alone with a reasonably large and private personal space, which is really valuable. The apartment has great value for money — water and gas are included, free street parking is available, there’s a bus stop right downstairs, and it’s close to supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment manager is also excellent.

So I've been living for a 6 months now, the water pressure was low in the beginning, but after few months there is literally no water, I have to wait a week just to do dishes or take a shower. I have talked to the other residents and they said that the water issue was the same last year.
