Be careful when ordering from Amazon Wood Floors. You can order one floor and receive a completely different product under the same SKU. When we raised the issue with their office after seven years of partnership, their General Manager confirmed in writing that they knowingly shipped the wrong product to dealers and said nothing for four years. When we asked for a resolution, the response was: “I seriously do not have the time for this conversation.” They will tell you it is your fault.
