I've always had good experience in this office(short wait, professional and friendly staff, and very clean facilities). My last visit was the first that I had to wait that long. You could tell that they were busy that time since it is close to school opening season. Very good with reminding me of my appointment-- all the possible way of reminding me-- mail, e- mail, voicemail, and text message ( so there's no excuse for me about forgetting the appointment)!
