ZERO STARS – DO NOT GO HERE Do not waste your money at this nail shop. I paid $85 for a full set and the service was terrible. If you don’t tip what they expect, they give you an attitude. I only tipped them 5 dollars because the work was so bad. But That alone is unprofessional. They do not listen to the customer and instead argue with you and tell you what they think you want. I get this location is convenient if you live in the area, but save your time and money. I came for a hard gel removal and their process for removal was terrible and painful and I left with really sensitive, bumpy, damaged nails. I never leave feedback like this. But they messed up my eyebrows completely to the point where I look weird and quizzical. 2 months later, I’m still fixing my eyebrows mm by mm. The saddest thing is the lady who did my eyebrows was adamant that she hadn’t just made my eyebrows look dramatically different.

I asked them to take off my gel nails to allow my nails to reset for a few weeks as a preventive break. They overcharged, rushed the process and didn't soak with acetone, scraped it all off forcibly, and my nails were damaged. They are now super painful and brittle. It will now take 1-2 months to restore. And they asked for a tip when I didn't tip them for a 10 minute service. Absolutely terrible service, never go here.
