customer service is always outstanding
I seriously want you guys to be aware of business’s like this. I went to this place twice to get my lashes done. Did NOT have a good experience. I frequently get my lashes done & I know how to do after care. After the first time I got my lashes done here, MOST of the lashes fell off that same night and were completely off by the next morning. I was sick. ESP after how much I paid?! Okay next moving on, I did go back for a 2nd time bc maybe I just went to an inexperienced lash tech the 1st time. Got the lashes done. NEVER did... read more
My lash service was great. Aliyah was great lash technician. I would highly recommend.
I booked an apt with a Groupon 2 days before my wedding. I go in and show the stylist the “sexy” eye with a bit of volume I’m looking for. After eyes tearing up the whole time, which is expected, and the tools pinching my upper lids I look at them when done and they are RIDICULOUSly long and full. Like I could fly away with these things. Upset, I go to front desk and they offer to cancel price or remove for me.
