Lamination was right, but the only thing is is that they never asked what eyebrow color you want for tinting. It’s an automatic brown color so if you’re a cold tone girly or want to make it not so dark Especially if you’re blonde Then I’ll go somewhere else because I wasn’t informed that the Color is a warm brown and I had very important photos the next day which ruined my brows because I’m a cooled platinum and wanted a cool blonde eyebrows

I love Amazing Lash Studio in Cool Springs and Master Stylist Jodi! She is fast and does a great service, while patiently listening to all my stories. Always great glamour therapy. Super nice receptionists, always right on time!

I love my stylist but the owner is rude and does not care about customer service. When you call there is nobody to answer your call but rather txt you . There are several days where no one is on the front to check you in or out.you have to call another location to be checked out. I put a freeze on my account because I accumulated 6 credits while I gave my lashes a break. The owner will charge you full price like you don't have a membership even tho I have 6 credits to use. Just moved to Nashville and was so excited to finally live near an Amazing Lash Studio. Unfortunately, my first interaction was extremely disappointing. I called and left a voicemail because the automated text system couldn’t answer my question. When someone finally returned my call, the woman sounded completely uninterested and almost annoyed that she had to assist me. There was absolutely zero customer service. Really disappointing for a brand I’ve loved in the past. Looks like I’ll be giving Lash Lounge a try instead.
