Absolutely amazing customer service! The facility is clean! The food is good! The adult drinks are amazing and COLD! (Cotton candy martinis= amazingness lol) The kids had a blast!! The adults had even a better time lol! We went last Friday and Saturday from open to close and again today lol! Great place to take the family, especially during the summer. It is a lot of fun without being in the sun. Bowling, laser tag (my personal favorite), video games, rides, bumper cars, and carnival games. All this under one roof, and it’s unlimited so u can do it all as much as u want. It did cost quite a bit, but worth every penny.
We took our 5 children and 2 exchange students for the Easter Event, and we ALL had an amazing time! Staff are all very friendly and helpful, I was impressed with how attentive everyone was with the kids, even the high school kids who work there. My crew vary in age from 17 to 2.5, we as a family ALL had fun playing games, riding rides and winning prizes! I love how open the area is, as well as all the new things that have been added. The food here used to be better..... if you're going to require people eat the pizza buffet make it worth it please. Please add more options and/or variety. When we drive the hour to stay half a day, it is mostly for the kids and games and those are top notch, the kids enjoy those a lot. UPDATE: I have changed my review above because of the awesome customer service I received on my visit yesterday. Spent over $300 here yesterday. Had to wait 5 hours to go bowling while there were 6 open lanes. �. Management was rude when we brought the issues to them. We live close to 2 hours away and I don't see us wasting our time and money there again.
OK, but expensive. Food was OK, better than Amazing Jake's, remodel was nicely done, more open as you walk around. Staff was great (for teenagers) everyone was very friendly.
