Went on a double date here yesterday afternoon. Started off with bowling... it took so long for our bowling balls to be returned that we had to get second balls. That seemed to make it return faster... everything else- 4.5 stars!
They need to give more time for the birthday room. We didn't even have time for the cake and opening gifts. The wait time for the games and rides are ridiculous. Thank God the kids don't notice the things that the adults notice. The other adults and I made the best of it and still had a fun evening with our kids....
My daughter and I are visiting my sister from New York so this is the first place we visited...we absolutely love Jake’s unlimited!!..you pay one price and you get to enjoy 3 or 4 hours of great entertainment and food...love love this place...we will definitely come back when we are in Arizona! 👍🏾👏🏽
My family and I witness discrimination. A young black girl 3 years old that met the height requirement was not allowed on the frog Hopper ride. I have posted a picture of a white little girl 3 years of age in pink that did not meet the height requirement allowed on the ride right after.
For the past 3 years my employer has had a family day at Jakes Unlimited. The first 2 years it was okay the kids loved it but they have done some major renovations and it is a blast for everyone young & old. The employees at Amazing Jakes were friendly, informative & they too looked like they enjoy their job.
This place is awesome they got great food try the chicken strips they imported the ice cream I had 3 trips fun games like Pac-Man battle teenage mutant ninja turtles arcade beat them up based on the nick loads of first person shooters and let’s not forget the ticket games but there’s something me and my cousin love that’s gotta be the laser tag I was there with my uncle and the company he works so everything was free but the ticket games can’t wait until next year I’ll chow down on more and play more laser tag and arcade gam... read more

The new renovation looks nice it would be better if they improve there food maybe even add oven brick pizzas and improve crust recipe and improve better toppings or even better build your own small pizza where you choose the toppings and the chefs makes it custom built your own small pizza again thanks for the nice renovations it looks nice we miss the go karts keep up the great work in improving jakes unlimited but we miss the go karts
