I did the groupon voucher, first the lady was trying to tell me to not purchase off groupon and just show her at the desk because its too tedious.. okay. I got a Brazilian done, the process was fast and the result was smooth.. but the result wasn't even finished. I didn't even realize till later that she only did the front and not even the back.
