Stay away from this company. I tried their product and it tastes terrible like some kind of chemical has been applied. To me it tastes like gasoline or lighter fluid, something like that. It's horrible!!! DANGEROUS
Purchased a product that I haven't received. It seems to be lost in the mail. I contacted AB and they said to wait two weeks. I asked for a refund and they haven't responded. I'm very disappointed in this company. I've never had issues with other similar online companies. I've sent them three emails. The last one was to get a refund, they never responded. Guess I'm out of the money for nothing. Lesson learned!
Its a shame that I cannot give zero stars . I placed an order for a specific type of hemp flower and they deliberately mailed me the wrong strain. On top of that, the quality of this hemp is BEYOND SUBPAR. It has a very irregular,chemical taste to it as well as is extremely aged and brittle. I see that my comment was deleted on your site. I am having issues with customer support considering that there is no valuable information that they gave me. I am on the way to waiting 3 weeks for a 3day guaranteed shipment. The first excuse I received that UPS is "busy for the holiday" but this was ordered end of October. I contacted UPS and they said they do not have my package. Scary experience with Amazing Botanicals!! I have been purchasing kratom for over 3 years. I have used multiple vendors. I used Amazing Botanicals three times. On my last purchase, It was for a kilo of Kratom - this kratom was horrible I do not know what other chemicals were in it but it was NOT pure kratom.
