This was my 5th order from Amazing Botanicals . Shipping has always been prompt with above average packaging. But the reason I keep buying from them is thier is the best I've found at great prices. I keep trying different strains and forms they offer , and have yet to be disappointed. Plus they give freebies to try regularly. Reading their articles on proper ways to use , is also helpful. Placed an order Dec. 20. Nothing arrived by Jan. 13 They dont return emails or answer the phone.
I have only had positive experiences with A.B.. I only use their kratom, but it has always been solid, good product with great prices. But I also occasionally get it from our smoke shop when I run out, and it's good quality from there as well... only difference is, of course, the price. That's not on them though, so I think their great.
Fast and good quality. No issues yet. Regularly purchase from here now since another kratom vendor started delivering lesser quality product.
Oh my God a lot of their kratom is absolutely fake. I've been using kratom for 10 years. I'm actually in withdrawals and I have a kilo of the super green they're only good once in a blue. Their address is fake someone drove there and there's no store where their address is. I hope this will be looked into for people are losing a lot of money shopping there. I love amazing botanicals they've done nothing but right by me if I had had problems it's just been with the mail of course they're slow but nothing on their part they're great
The product I received seemed fine and was delivered on time I believe. But they have been send marketing texts from multiple numbers consistently ever since. I could 'text STOP to opt out' but wanted to see how long they would keep using different numbers to send marketing and it hadn't stopped after almost a year and blocking almost 10 different numbers.
