I worked with Mary Sekunda to buy a house. Very knowledgeable, diligent, and went above and beyond to assist us in purchasing our home. She made sure that the seller fixed everything he said he would fix. She gave up her weekends to help us look for a home. Linda is simply the best Realtor I have dealt with in many years of buying homes. She helped us through a few crisis and thought outside the box to get us into our dream home. We recently purchased a home with Cassie and Chuck Torp. They were so helpful and patient as my husband and I were looking for specific items in a home. We never felt pressured at all to just pick somewhere and they were very accommodating, even going to look at houses prior to a viewing to see if we would like them, as we were a little farther away. Even helped with scheduling repairs to be made after closing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, they made the process so much smoother and easier!
The Torp team were the first realtors that reached out to me when I started looking for homes in Springfield. The husband and wife duo made me feel like we had our own little team straight away...lol My entire interactions from beginning to the end has been nothing but positive. When I changed my mind at the last minute (a few times), all I heard from them was "let's keep looking". When it's time for a realtor again, I'm definitely using the Torp team again!
