I live in the country and couldn't find a company to come out fast enough to check out my oven. All others I ringed were giving me a 1 week time frame which of course is horrible. Spoke with Remi and she schedule me for the next day with only a 3 hr window. As soon as the repair guy got under the oven he quickly figured out it was a bad igniter and replaced it.
Danny was out here for only 15 minutes and quickly let me know my microwave was not worth fixing because the control panel was out. Since I only paid $180 for it I agreed and bought a new one.
My overall experience with Amax Appliance Repair was a good one. The guy that came repaired the dishwasher although it took him almost two hours to do it. I don't know what the problem was because I don't understand much of appliances but expected him to finish earlier. I had an appointment that I had to cancel. Anyway, I am not saying it was his fault because I called them and the dishwasher is working well now so I guess they did a good job.
Never made there appointment and didn't call. Lost a day from work waiting on this company.
