Amavi Sherrills ford is a lovely place to live! It’s quiet, residents are friendly and it’s nice to have your own backyard space! Pet friendly too! The Amavi team is top notch and maintenance is friendly and handles work orders quick and efficiently.
Amavi is a great place to call home. Nicole who’s in the Office is always so friendly and helpful. Whenever you reach out to her, she’s always willing to find the answer for you or solve the problem. Then there is Michael who is in Maintenance he’s always attentive to taking care of whatever the problem may be that is requested at your home. I really enjoy living here. The maintenance team (Mike) is second to none. Mike is polite, professional and very personable. Any maintenance problems you may have in your home are taken care of immediately. Nicole (property manager) is wonderful and there to help with anything you need. The crew at Amavi is great and really want you to enjoy living here.
I have lived at Amavi Sherrills Ford since May 2025, moving from NY. I love it. I love having my own home instead of living in an apartment complex . Very quiet, everyone is so nice. Restaurants, shopping, car wash, etc. is close and convenient. Nicole in the office and Michael in maintenance are wonderful, always accommodating and knowledgeable. So happy to call Amavi my new home.
