This property is amazing and a great transitional place between homes. Wayne takes great pride when you need anything done to make your stay better.
Nicole, Mike, and the Amavi team were incredibly helpful and responsive. Mike, in particular, went above and beyond to fix any issues that arose and was quick to respond to maintenance requests. Their efforts ensured that we had a seamless and enjoyable living experience. The community exudes tranquility, and the amenities are top-notch. Moreover, the close proximity to shopping and easy access to other areas in and around Charlotte make Amavi an ideal choice.
BEWARE!!! I’ve been a tenant here since they’ve first opened and the experience has not been as pleasant as when we first moved in. I have submitted complaint after complaint regarding noise/disturbance that has been overlooked and unresolved. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on the lack of care and concern for their community and tenants.
Amazing staff. Amazing maintenance team. Couldn’t have found a better place to live.
