we are very disappointed from the experience especially from the customer service. We have complained many times for the same issues with the cabinets and the response is always "dont worry about it. we will take care of it" and yet, months go by and nothing. when we ask for updates they always have a different excuse as to why they cant come. The last time that they promised to come i had to cancel work for them, however they never showed up and when i asked them if they were coming, they said the new hinges never came in. ... read more
