For a four man crew they try their best to get you in and out. Granted they only cater to professional installers and not DIYers. Staff knows their stuff and can help those who are new to the game. Quality and accuracy is their goal and they keep the bar high. If you are in the business of garage doors this is the place to go for all your garage door needs.
Customer service is near non existent. Pricing beat local options but shipment appears to be missing brackets. I am calling on tech support to make sure i am missing parts or if i am mistaken and I have been given runaround for 10 days without a definitive answer. This is short of a solution obviously I cant even get a simple answer with a clear email and pictures of what arrived at my facility. Do not recommend.
Boyfriend picked up this load and drop it off for another driver. They took it without a hitch and we picked up another load took it down the street aways. And swapped out trailers and back on the road again.
