Defective battery, arrogant manager, horrible customer service My one-year-old Continental battery went dead twice in six weeks. The rude, arrogant manager at this business insisted it was good and refused to replace it under warranty. He came up with every excuse he could think of to blame me or my car for the problem. This business, as well as the regional manager in Dallas who I contacted about the issue, offers NO customer satisfaction.
