I rented a house for two years with them. Never seen a landlord in person, then they were not going to give my deposit back due to plumbing issues which were addressed multiple times. I had proof of the messages of me begging to get things repaired. They finally sent me a partial refund but took off money for “other” and would not explain what that was for.
