I've been renting from Pace for 3 1/2 years now. Never had an issue. And if I need maintenance they are here fairly quick. And the maintenance guys/gals are friendly
Able to get my family off the streets and have had no complaints. They answer my questions when I call or if they can't right then and there they call me back with the best information available to them.
Rodney the maintenance man was great came in did what he had to do was very polite and respectful . And even cleaned up after.
