Went in with sharp ear pain in both ears, have a minor cold and didn’t get any kind of medicine for neither symptom. Guessing they collect on self-pay patients and not help at all. I’m never going back.

Never going back here again. Will likely have to be seen by a different doctor to clear up my upper respiratory infection because heaven forbid I recommend an oral steroid as opposed to a shot (which I've had before and doesn't help me). Maybe I should said that I have URI's literally every 3-4 months and have for YEARS, so I think I know what my symptoms are and what is needed for me to get over it.
