I Did love this place till the last time I was here my daughter was running really high and they didn't run test on her only checked her ears and throat gave her antibiotics for ear infection when she had a urine infection well she ended up in the hospital extremely sick they asked me why didn't they test her for uti before giving meds because now with meds they would get a false negative anyhow seeing that not only i was upset with the service so where tyre specialist and doctors at The pediatric floor

I was directed to UFirst and was not please at all. They said they weren't able to verify my sons insurance and ended up having to pay $114 for them to just check my sons vitals. The doctor came didn't look at my son and said he had pink eye. I didn't believe it was pink eye and thought it was just his allergies. The next day I took him to his actual doctor in Lubbock. His doctor said it definitely wasn't pink eye and it was just an upper respiratory infection and the mucus was draining through his eyes instead of his nose. ... read more
Both my daughter and myself were seen here recently. I was able to come in at 7:30 pm after work so we didn't have to miss school or work to be seen. Staff was very polite and helpful. We were treated and were out in no time. No extended wait times. Would highly recommend this clinic. Also costs less than an ER visit. Love this clinic! Will definitely be back next time I have a problem! !
