I have been really disappointed with the life guarding at SW all summer with the flirting and not paying attention to swimmers. Today I saw it all come to head as two little boys were pulled out of the pool by adults that were NOT life guards and given CPR by adults that were NOT life guards! AND it happened right under a life guard in 4 ft of water. I have definitely lost a lot of trust after that situation!
You have to get a membership for infants and still pay $1 any time you take them to the gym. The fact that I have been there for years and had to quit over this shows that management does not care what their members think
Raise prices then tell parents that they need to have kids on plan.....that means $20 or more added!! Ridiculous
