These guys are absolutely amazing. Stopped in at 3 pm on Fri afternoon service writer had to ask the technician if he had time to take a look since it was almost quiting time and he said sure write it up. APU squealing like a stuck pig under a load. From the time I checked in to leaving 55 min. No charge lose belt from Gainesville, FL Thermo King. These folks in Amarillo know how to take care of a customer. If im able to I will always come here for my work. Thanks you guys see you again.
This is the worst place ever to call for a road service. All I needed is was a jumpstart. They asked me to replace the whole motherboard for $4000. Apparently it was in stock and the trailer will get running as soon as possible. They replaced the $4000 part and the trailer did not start they gave up and they said the EU is fried up and we don’t have the equipment to fix it we brought it back to California Fresno and all we did was jumpstart. Very unprofessional the lady at the service desk, is really rude your mechanics don’t speak not even good morning. I hope I never visit this location again
Brought my tripac in 3 times before, kept having the same issue. The tech who helped me actually explained why I was having the issue as well as fixing the actual problem. I wish I got his name, but he was Vietnamese, I think. Anyway, he was great and got the issue fixed.
