It took this crew 8.5 months to complete a job. The communication was TERRIBLE, and we could never get a response from multiple workers to get the job finished. I would not recommend this company AT ALL. They didn’t show any urgency to complete the job even after we told them we would contact the BBB to resolve the situation.
We cannot get our house finished and cannot get any answers from them. I call and leave messages and no response from anyone. I'm not sure if this will help or not. Any help is appreciated. Thanks Scotti S.

Professional but made promises they couldn't keep. My floors were supposed to take three days and took over a week. There were multiple problems along the way and they even tried to get me to reschedule before the project started (I had this scheduled for a month and took the week off of work). The supervisor gave me vague advice to help with stains and it made the stains much worse, prolonging the project. The people at Amarillo Steam Team have always done a great job and made my carpets look brand new after a cleaning. From scheduling the appointment to completing the job, these guys provide great customer service!
I had a flood in my apartment and this company came out very quickly and was able to get the water cleaned up in no time. The staff was very knowledgeable and very professional, they had great attitudes and wanted to make sure the needs of the clean up were all met. I will use the company again and would recommend them to any of my friends and family.
