Landon does reasonable work, but has a problem showing up on time. He did one home on Saturday and was late arriving. He previously stated he could do both. But after the tardiness, i ask to wait until the following monday. Monday comes and 5 pm rolls and he is not here. I call and he said he forgot. So I said Tuesday at 5pm and he agreed. At 530pm I got a call and said he would be 30 min late. Well here I sit at 730 and he is a no show.. If you have a schedule, do not recommend. but If like 50/50 odds, then you are in luck.
Recommended by a close friend of mine, I contacted Amarillo SteamVac when my little pup accidentally had an accident on my very white carpet. In all honesty I was doubtful that anyone would be able to get the horrible stain out and was even more doubtful about the smell. However, I was greatly satisfied wthen he arrived on time, was friendly and courteous, took the time to actually speak with me regarding what needed to be done, answered all of my questions and completed the job, far exceeding my expectations.
