I'm extremly disappointed in the office's lack of communication. I live an hour away and had to take a half day at work and pull my daughter out of school to bring her to the dentist only to show up and find out Delta Dental is no longer accepted and I would have to pay everything out of pocket. The absolute lack of care that this office has that we have lives outside their scheduling book is disappointing. That's PTO I've now wasted and wont get back.
