Had three appointments within three working days of each other. Did two adjustments, acupuncture, cold therapy and decompression. Made all symptoms worse. Third appointment was to receive four lidocaine injections at which time a prescription was prescribed. After two days of my calling the office requesting it to be sent to the pharmacy and following up with the pharmacy, the prescription was never sent.
