They made me feel very welcome and at ease. I am not good with doctors of any kind, so I did not go in until I was in far too much pain to do anything but see them. They walked me through the entire process and every time a tear slipped past my eye the dentist asked if I needed a break. In a nut shell, the kind people working at this office are the main reason I am no longer afraid to have work done and I owe them so much. Thank you Family Dentistry!!
I called to ask the price for a filling. They told me the price starts at $250, I asked to know how much is the highest it can be. She refused to tell me. Said they must look at me to decide how much they will charge. I said surely you have some set price, she told me she won't tell me how much they will charge. To me this is not how a denist should do business. Should be clear pricing for services requested.
