Make appointment and don’t come or call. Charged me 300.00 to replace a part that did not fix the problem. Never told me the part came in. I called for 3 weeks and they finally said it came in the week before. Never called to let me know. The only good thing about my experience was that the people were nice.
They are very sweet people and very helpful! I would definitely recommend them if you need help fixing an appliance!
Excellent Customer Service!! Our Refrigerator/Freezer started to make a noise a few weeks back but I didn't think anything of it. Yesterday Our Freezer temp jumped to 25 degrees! I called First thing this morning and got an answer right away and a house call within 2 hours. The Technician diagnosed my problem and told me exactly what we needed to do to fix things. RIPOFF! They told me it would cost $400 to repair my dryer. Whatever! I found the part online for $120. I can do this myself. Regret calling them. The repairman definitely wasn't a bundle of sunshine. Oh well. Lesson learned. Won't call again.
These people here are awesome. They were able to get my washing machine part faster than anyone else even the manufacturer. And the best part is I found out there willing to come to Vega even!!!! I will definitely be giving them a call again with my next appliance breaks!!!
This man charged my mother 180$ to change a washer drain hose. Had her pay up front for it while he "ordered the part". A hose which can be found at Lowes for 15$. Then avoided her calls for 10 DAYS before he returned to install it. The hose was not the reason her washer wouldn't drain, and so he fixed nothing. Sir, I would like you to return my mothers money and apologize.
