I've been going to Amando's since I moved to Sydney. Their haircuts are quality and consistent (you don't have to worry about who's in on the day because they're all good!) Their customer service is really good and the boys there have a laugh here and now keeping the air light and relaxing - that's how it should be in a barber shop. They have a fast turnaround even when there's a long line.
