Amanda is wonderful. Not only does she care about getting clients into the right home at the right price, she maintains a relationship with her clients. She sold my parents home and helped them to buy a new house 8 years ago and she still sends gifts at Christmas, etc. I wasn't even her client and she still sends me her my treats too. Do not EVER hire Amanda to list your property. We tried to buy one of her listed properties and were strung along for more than 2 weeks after making an offer. There was no communication with our realtor whatsoever as she was allegedly "on vacation". Pulling teeth would have been easier than getting a response from her. Wish there was a minus 5 stars but hope nobody else falls for whatever she false advertises. Buyer/seller beware and talk to other agents before trusting her pile of lies.
