I had a very disappointing experience with Amanda. Over the course of more than a month, I was given multiple timelines for the removal of a lockbox, but none of them were met. Despite repeated follow-ups, the lockbox remained in place, and communication did not result in any action. After waiting well beyond the promised timeframes, I ultimately had to arrange for the lockbox to be removed myself. I understand that delays can happen, but repeatedly missing commitments without following through was frustrating and avoidable.
