Amanda is an amazing realtor. As a real estate appraiser we have worked together on many many deals through the years. Always professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. She will list your home correctly. Market it correctly. And sell it correctly. I highly recommend her services. She has always been a joy to work with. I can't say that about them all but I can definitely say that about her.
We selected Amanda Marcum to sell our home after considering many different realtors. The pictures of our property were of excellent quality and the listing gave a good overview of the property. We accepted a contract within a week of the listing. Amanda was great to work with. She always returned my messages and answered my question in a timely manner. This is the first time I have sold property with a realtor and was very impressed by her knowledge and selling record. I will definitely recommend her to my friends.
