My friend bought a house that was being sold by MARCUMsold and she used MARCUMsold and she feels that since the seller was using Marcumsold and the buyer(her) was using Marcumsold that her realtor did not do her best to get her the best deal. She recently found out she over paid for her house by a few thousand dollars also upon living in her home she has noticed alot of problems that should of been fixed by the seller but now she is going to have to pay thousands of dollars to have them repaired.
