Just to start, Amanda is truly amazing at what she does. She showed the utmost compassion and empathy during our sessions and really taught me what a good therapist was!! I started seeing her during my freshman year of college, through to my junior year. With her I was able to create a solid foundation for all of my future therapy work. Amanda kindly took me in during a season of my life wherein support meant life or death. Her compassion and warmth made me feel safe to explore and work through some deep traumas. She has a mindfulness approach to healing with a focus on the relationship between the physical body and the emotional/mental, which began the process multilevel healing and awareness for me.
