Amanda did an amazing job helping us find our new home. She was extremely responsive, and one step ahead of us through the entire process. She is very knowledgeable about the area - schools, county and city lines, proximity to towns, shopping, restaurants, etc. She even helped us negotiate a price which saved us thousands of dollars in the end.
Very efficient sale, due diligence and closing process/timeline. Always answered questions/phone calls quickly. Referrals for repairs and lawyers work went very smoothly.
Very helpful in a situation needing to buy and get into a home quickly. She was very flexible in showing us houses in a small amount of time, we are now in a beautiful home and can not imagine being anywhere else.
Amanda went above and beyond the call of duty. We live in another state and Amanda did not hesitate to do whatever I needed her to do.She called and contacted me by email to update me with what was going on. I feel that I not only had an excellent realtor, but gained a friend in the process. She is very professional in her work, but also loves what she does. I would not hesitate to highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home.
Amanda was very professional and went above and beyond to sell my house. She scheduled the home repairs and was at my home ensuring they were done correctly.
Amanda patiently showed me and my family several homes before we decided which one we wanted. Then, after we chose one, she told me exactly what to expect in the following days until closure, and everything happened just like she said it would. She negotiated the price for me, which was already low for this house, and was able to get it further down. After closure, she provided a list of contacts for things needed (lawn care, etc.) In summary, it was a real pleasure to deal with Amanda.

The first time I contacted Amanda it was 6:30pm on a Friday night. She answered! I was surprised because of the day & time I figured I'd get a machine.
