Wonderful realtor, I highly recommend her for anyone looking to get a VA loan, she's highly knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. We were some picky clients and she went along for the ride and let us see all the listings we wanted. I look forward to working with her again in 5-10 years when we look for our next home
I had the opportunity to work with Amanda on a purchase transaction recently. As a Mortgage Broker I work with many different Realtors. Amanda goes above and beyond for her clients. There were some hiccups from the sellers but Amanda took it in stride while keeping buyers cool as a cucumber. And she knew the VA mortgage better than many LOs that I know. Amanda Debord is not a good realtor. She got upset because she was call out about calling the client which she didn’t because she had the wrong number. She didn’t say sorry she just said I can’t work with you and I’ve tell someone name she call said but didn’t hear her then the phone went dead. I don’t know how she treat other clients but never meet her bad attitude. No a person to work with in my race.
